1. Light yellow liquid, the proportion is 1.01 kg/liter, mild smell

2. It’s polymerized by a variety of non-toxic, tasteless, non corrosive polymer surface active materials, no organic silicon components, with good lubrication, water solubility and oxidation resistance, when unvulcanized rubber hose mold fix and vulcanized rubber hose mold release, there is a good lubrication.

3. It can be for the vulcanized rubber hose to be released easily and maintain the original luster of the rubber products, and the residue on the surface of the product and the pipe wall of the hose can be washed clean by water.

Scope of application:

It’s suitable for the mold release, isolation and lubrication of multi shaped rubber tube, high pressure pipe, air conditioning pipe, cable pipe and so on, especially for the rubber products using peroxide curing machine.  

Using method:

1. It can be used directly or after diluted (the dilution rate should be decided by the test).

2. It can be brushed on the surface of the core, or the unvulcanized rubber hose can be immersed in it. 

Packing, Storage and Transport:

1. 25kg or 200kg drum packed

2. Transport as the non-hazard goods, stored in the warehouse under 2-42?, and prevent freezing.
